We, the undersigned residents of Louisville, petition the United States Congress, and Representative Yarmuth, to take immediate action to lower the price of gasoline and lessen our dependence on foreign oil by voting to allow American drilling in the ANWR Coastal Plain, Gulf of Mexico, Outer Continental Shelf and our vast shale reserves.
